Structure Without Rigidity

Not every leather bag needs sharp lines to hold its character. Here, a softer construction allows the leather to settle naturally, creating a silhouette that feels relaxed without losing its sense of form. The Character Is in the Surface

Natural leather is never perfectly uniform—and that is part of its appeal. Small variations in grain and texture give the material depth that a completely uniform surface cannot reproduce. With use, those characteristics become part of the bag rather than something to disguise. This still allows us to discuss the leather, because that matters across Lore, but from a different perspective. The first bag’s editorial was about leather changing with ownership; this one is about natural irregularity and texture.
