Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.


How to Request a Return or Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us with a clear statement of your decision by email at:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, although it is not required.

To help us process your request faster, please include:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you wish to return

  • the reason for the return (optional)


Return Conditions

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal request.

Items should be returned in reasonable condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Customers are only responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning items.

If a product cannot normally be returned by standard postal service, any additional return arrangements or costs will be communicated individually.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • the returned goods have been received, or

  • evidence of the return shipment has been provided,

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.


Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos if applicable

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We will investigate the shipment status with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.


Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalized or custom-made goods

  • sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

  • other exemptions permitted under applicable consumer protection law
